IT Project Management for the Selection of an E-Learning Platform

The Challenge

HHLA wished to implement a new Learning Management System (LMS). After the tender was published and bids were received, HPC evaluated the LMS providers and thus presented HHLA with the basis to choose the one that suited their requirements best. HPC also provided support in project management and technical topics.

• Define functional and non-functional requirements for the E-learning platform
• Evaluate E-learning platform providers based on documents received and interviews
