Georgia National Maritime Single Window (NMSW)
Challenge
The Client contracted HPC to develop and implement National Maritime Single Window (NMSW) for Georgian Ports. The 1st step is to re-engineer all maritime business processes and define the end state of the maritime community by reviewing documentation and developing new processes with all maritime stakeholders. The 2nd step deals with engineering requirements, developing, testing and training the community to successfully roll out the Georgian NMSW.

Benefit
The NMSW will combine security with economic interests to accelerate the maritime trade in the region. It will harmonize vessel reporting obligations and streamline customs-related processes, thus improving Georgia's efficiency and inter-agency coordination.
