Project Administration for AKIDU (Automated, AI-integrated Dispatching for Universal Terminals)

Challenge

Unikai received co-funding from the IHATEC programme financed by Germany's Ministry of Digitalisation and Transport and tasked HPC with the financial administration of the research project. This project deals with digitalising the weighing and measuring of all types of rolling cargoes with the aid of AI on Unikai's multi-purpose terminal.

Tasks Performed

• Project coordination, documentation of budget spending and tracking and safeguarding of invoices
• Support in setting up the project-related controlling
• Preparation of invoicing documents and of the required templates
• Support in compiling the required interim and final reports

Benefit

With HPC as the financial project manager and point of contact with the funding agency, Unikai can focus its resources on the technical implementation of the research project.
