Support in Introducing N4 at HHLA Container Terminal Tollerort

Challenge

Container Terminal Tollerort was the first terminal to operate Navis N4 as the central control system for HHLA's container terminals. After installing the systems, experienced HPC consultants supported the operational staff of CTT in its practical application.

• Customer support in the exchange of digital order and status messages
