Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Recommendations

The Challenge

After the successful completion of the first terminal performance assessment for Sagres Operações Portuarias Ltda. in November 2020, the Client requested HPC to implement two of their recommendations to improve the operational safety level in Rio Grande, Pelotas and Guaiba.

• Researching a state-of-the-art safety management system (SMS)

• Recommendation of best choice
• Data acquisition to create a human-machine interface map
• Map creation and delivery

Benefit

HPC provided a state-of-the-art solution to upgrade Sagres's incident management system and a human-machine interface map, to identify risky locations and tasks for their employees.
