Challenge
The State of Israel announced the intention to privatize its 100% shares in the Haifa Port Company Ltd., which manages and operates most of the existing port infrastructure and facilities in Israel’s largest port, both in terms of cargo handling and passenger ship servicing. HPC was contracted to support the due diligence as input to our client’s technical bid.
