Business Plan for PIBT Capacity Expansion

Challenge

PIBT sought to include the assessment of expansion investments in restructuring their financial obligations. HPC prepared a business plan solely focusing on the expansion regarding revenue generation & related costs. The Client wanted to achieve the terminal’s planning capacity expansion that was financially and logistically viable within the terms of their restructuring of financial obligations and foreseen operational plans.
