Funding Applications Support for the B-AGV System at Container Terminal Burchardkai

Challenge

Following an initial analysis of funding opportunities as part of the feasibility study for implementing B-AGV on CTB, HPC verified previous assumptions, reviewed eligible funding programs and identified alternative ones.

Tasks Performed

• Prepared, coordinated, verified and recorded relevant project details, and clarified questions with the respective program executing agency
• Coordinated relevant departments and external partners for clarification of information, data and calculations
• Compiled documents relevant to and information and evidence to be submitted as part of a complete application
• Prepared a detailed project description as required by the funding program and submitted the full application
