Development of Port Community System for the Port Authority of Thailand

Challenge

Together with lead project partner SCP, HPC was contracted to elaborate a balanced PCS solution that best serves the port community stakeholders of Bangkok and Laem Chabang Ports. HPC was in charge of including the industry's proven standards and design solutions in the project conception.

Tasks Performed

• Design, specification and procurement of the PCS
• Enabled easy and efficient exchange of information
• Provided improved visibility along the supply chain
• Promoted knowledge transfer between European ports and Thailand’s port community
