Puerto Coronel Terminal Excellence Check Implementation

Challenge

In 2022, HPC performed a Terminal Excellence Check at Puerto Coronel. The Client now contracted HPC to discuss and establish an implementation program of the recommendations made in the Final Report of the Terminal Excellence Check.

Tasks Performed

• Site visit to Coronel with a team of three experts
• Implementation program for 12, 24, and 36 months
• Provided a detailed plan of actions, resources, and governance for the first 12 months
