Port Community System Specification for the Port of Constanta

Challenge

HPC and its partners have conducted a feasibility study on implementing a tailored Port Community System (PCS). The project will provide the National Company “Maritime Ports Administration” S.A. Constanta with the recommendations and guidelines for developing and implementing PCS in their ports.

Benefit

The PCS will improve efficiency, effectiveness and inter-agency coordination by streamlining and standardizing documentary and procedural requirements. They will combine security with economic interests to accelerate the maritime trade in the region and the country.
