Following the launch of its 2063 Masterplan, NSW Ports aimed to leverage digitalization as a key enabler of future growth and transformation. The organization sought to identify the most relevant Smart Port solutions and define a clear, value-driven pathway to evolve towards a data-centric operating model.

• Assessed current digital maturity and benchmarked against leading ports
• Identified and evaluated relevant Smart Port use cases
• Prioritized initiatives based on impact, cost, and feasibility
• Developed a 5-year implementation roadmap
• Defined target IT architecture, governance, and capability requirements
