Funding Application Support and Project Administration for a Maglev Demonstrator

Challenge

HPC was commissioned to assist Max Bögl Group with preparing a funding application related to the research and development of a demonstrator in Hamburg of a magnetic levitation (Maglev) transport system for automated transportation of individual containers from seaports to hinterland transport hubs or consumer outlets.

Tasks Performed

• Support in developing and preparing the funding application for the research project’s co-financing
• Coordination with the Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure
• Support in elaborating the project description
• Compilation of all relevant official documents for the application
• Clarification and involvement of relevant subcontractors and definition of required service support
• Formal submission of the application
• Support in financial project administration

Benefit

As a benefit of HPC's support, the Max Bögl group received significant financial co-funding to build up and represent the Maglev demonstrator to the public.
