Consultancy Services for Design of an Empty Container Depot

Challenge

Logicorp is the operator of a newly built empty-container depot located near Varna West Port. With the depot almost ready and remainders completed, Logicorp was seeking advice on the positioning of the empty stacks and the optimal handling of empty containers in the depot. They also needed a potential software solution for management purposes to be API-connected, allowing it to integrate into their digital ecosystem. HPC helped create an optimized plan and ensured the surfaces would be utilized to their maximum potential. On this basis, Logicorp achieved its goal of a state-of-the-art depot offering high-quality services, and through this, attracted important shipping lines. The depot was put into operation in mid-2019.
