Consultancy Services for Demand Analysis & Detailed Design for Modjo Logistics Hub
Challenge
Since commercial operations started in 2017, Modjo Dry Port has predominantly served as a customs-clearance point. The need arose to look at the export sector, offering additional value-added services with committed private sector participation to address some constraints and improve logistics performance in Ethiopia.
