Project and Requirements Management for BKP's N4 Installation in Odessa

Challenge

Odessa Terminal Holding Co (OTHL) commissioned HPC to support their "Brooklyn-Kyiv Port" (BKP), a container terminal operator in the port of Odessa, which wants to modernise its IT landscape by commissioning NAVIS N4, to replace the unsupported SOLVO TOS.

Tasks Performed

• Professional project management for the N4 TOS implementation
• Liaise with the TOS developer to ensure the delivery of services from Navis LLC as contracted and approved by the Client
• Provide subject matter expertise during all stages of the project
• Ensure compliance with project decisions, approvals and sign-off through the Steering Committee and/or project sponsor as required 
• Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and governance with the Steering Committee 
• Prepare and present project progress reports
• Risk management to minimise project delays and scope creep 
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and costs
