Review, Design & Implementation of a TOS for two Ports in Kenya

Challenge

KPA mandated HPC for a three-phased project review, design & implementation of a Terminal Operating System (TOS) to tackle the exceptional traffic growth that put pressure on the IT infra-structure of the Multipurpose Port Mombasa and the Inland Container Depot Nairobi.
