What Constrains Southern African Countries from Further Improving their Supply Chain Performance?

The majority of southern African countries are well below their supply chain potential. At the same time, the general population's economic development is low in many countries.
Objective & Approach
The project's objective was to identify bottlenecks in supply chain performance and to evaluate measures to increase supply chain performance and economic development in selected Southern African countries.
