Identify the potential and deliver recommendations to improve the operational sustainability and workmanship, with a particular focus on the enhanced safety of port operations. HPC's experts aimed to provide quick gains, in addition to longer-term developments, despite the restrictive COVID-19 environment.
Tasks Performed
- Assessed information received and made initial recommendations
- Validated or corrected recommendations during onsite visits
- Developed the project based on 5 steps: define, measure, analyze and prioritize, improve, and control
- Prioritised and aligned the 5 steps with the customer's investments and business strategy
- Estimated the effort levels for the suggested actions based on the dependencies assessed between stakeholders
